This report displays your Risk Rating score, which shows how well (or otherwise) your workplace has committed to, and implemented work health and safety.

Your risk rating is a score from 1 (best) to 5 (worst), and provided you
create the actions in the system as described in the regular email alerts
this system sends to you, your risk rating should be a 1'.
